by Doug & Gwen Campbell at Sun Bay Associates

Safety Harbor, Florida, is a charming community with something for everyone.  It is on the banks of upper Tampa Bay.  Safety Harbor real estate varies depending on your needs.  There are waterfront homes, mansions if you will, to affordable starter bungalows within walking distance of the downtown area.  Downtown Safety Harbor hosts numerous outdoors events, crafts fairs, wine tastings, special holiday events and much more.  The marina in downtown is convenient to upper Tampa Bay, with its good fishing and boating opportunities.  It also has a boat club so you can learn boating etiquette and safety as well as have an expanded social circle of people with similar interests.

21st Annual Dunedin Craft Festival

by Doug & Gwen Campbell at Sun Bay Associates

Halloween has come and gone. Now the fall festival season is in full swing and one of the very best is Dunedin's 21st Annual Craft Festival, held on Main Street in Dunedin on Nov. 16 and 17 from 10 am to 5 pm both days. There will be 100 of the very best craftsmen from around the country exhibiting their wares on Dunedin's downtown Main Street. This is a juried crafts festival and there were hundreds of applications, with only the top 100 being selected. There are crafts for all price ranges, from the inexpensive - less than $5, to over $3,000 and everything in between.

There is also going to be a Green Market with exotic plants and special dips and other gourmet foods to purchase.

Best of all, admission is free.

Now you've seen yet another example of why Dunedin is such a cool place to live, take a look at our Find Homes in Dunedin link to start your search for the perfect home. The Dunedin real estate market is heating up and now is the best time in years to buy, or sell. Check it out, find a home, and come live in one of the neatest communities in the country.

Or just visit the craft festival then stroll down to the waterfront and watch the sunset. Dunedin has it all. Sunsets are free too. The Dunedin Marina at sunset is simply peaceful.
